Fees and Payments
Advance Booking Fee.
30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
29 – 15 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
14 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
Please Note that if your customer deposits CASH/Any Transfer Apps in Blue Wings Tour & Travels banks Accounts there is an 2% extra charge. There is no charge on cheque transfers/online Banking/Mobile Banking/RTGS transfer/NEFT transfers/IMPS.
Cash deposit/Credit Card/Debit Card in all banks with 2 % extra service charge.
Reservation on the tour shall be accepted by the operator only upon the receipt of the booking form duly signed along with interest free deposit outlined in the payment schedule below.
Payment is required on confirmation of all services and before the departure as per payment policy.
The tour cost, as detailed in the brochure and as communicated may be revised, if necessary, shall be paid by the customer as follows:
If the customer/s wishes to travel in advance, i.e. before the proposed departure date and or return after the tour ends, the customer/s will have to pay all applicable extra charges. In case the dates requested by the customer/s are not available, the operator will not alter dates accordingly, subject to seat availability and to terms and conditions applicable
In Case of Individual/Group/Family Tour, Air tickets will be booked on payment of actual Blue Wings Tour & Travels air fare.
